Take the first step to become CPA Ready!

Our twelve-month Certificate in Foundations of Accounting and Auditing (CFAA) lock-step program will take you to the next level in your professional career.  The program attracts highly motivated students who would like to work as CPA’s and consultants, as well as those in related professions.  Offered during the weekday evenings in Miami, Florida, our CFAA courses are taught by faculty experts, the caliber of which only one of the largest accounting schools in the country can offer. 

The Certificate in Foundations of Accounting and Auditing (CFAA) is designed for professionals who hold a non-accounting business degree who would like to enter the accounting field. The CFAA Program provides the pre-requisite accounting credits to enter the MACC, MST or EMST programs.

NOTE that due to the structure of the CFAA program, students requiring a student visa (e.g., F1) are not eligible for this program at this time.

Accounting Principles Review course now available.

Accounting Principles Review course will assist students beginning the Certificate program by refreshing their knowledge of Financial Accounting Principles. The cost for this non credit course is $295. There will be a $20 charge for refunds. There are no refunds available after the first week of classes.

Fall 2009 Class are scheduled for Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7:00pm to 9:40pm in MARC 115 on the Modesto A Maidique campus (formerly University Park) for 6 weeks starting October 19 through November 25th 2009.  The professor will be Jack Fintz.
