Dr. Farrow is the author of Using Applied Psychology in Personnel Management, published by Reston Publishing Company, 1982. His research has been published in numerous journals including The International Journal of Service Industry Management, Management Science; Womens Careers: Pathways and Pitfalls; Information Systems Assessment: Issues and Challenges; and others. He has served as a consultant for The American Management Association; The United States Army Research Institute for Behavioral and Social Sciences; American Express; the Jamaican Institute of Management; Becton, Dickenson and Co.; Floridas Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services; the Miami-Dade County School Board; the Public Health Trust of Miami-Dade County; American Bankers Life Insurance Group; and Florida Power and Light.
