Dinesh Batras publications have appeared in Management Science, Journal of MIS, Communications of the ACM, European Journal of Information Systems, International Journal of Human Computer Studies, Decision Support Systems, Computers and OR, Communications of the AIS, Data Base and others. His papers have over 200 citations. Dr. Batra has served as the
Departmental editor of Data Base, and currently serves as Associate Editor in the< Journal of Database Management and in Information Systems Management.
He is a co-author of the book Object Oriented Systems Analysis & Design published by Pearson Inc. The book has also been published in Chinese. He has two doctoral dissertations. He has received several teaching awards at the graduate and undergraduate levels. He has served in various departmental college-level, and university level committees.
