PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

Dr. Burnett has published in the Academy of Management Best Paper Proceedings, and has research under revision for the Journal of Applied Social Psychology and The Academy of Management Journal. In addition, she has presented at professional conferences, including the Academy of Management National Conference (2002, 2003, and 2005).

Dr. Burnett’s primary areas of teaching interest include human resource management and organizational behavior, and she plans to incorporate professional resources and associations into her courses by inviting speakers from various human resource management-oriented organizations.
