PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
Dr. Chen has published her research in What is Important in Life? A Story of Cultural & Work/Life Issues—A Case Study (2004) and presented at the Sarasota Business Conference Meeting (2004, Florida), and Consumer Decision-Making Styles Across Cultures (2007, Saint Leo University, Florida).
She has taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels, including classes in marketing, consumer behavior, research methods, marketing strategies, advanced organizational behavior, international human resources management, and experimental research methods, among others.
She also has extensive professional experience in project management for McWay Enterprise Cooperation, Taiwan and China, Maw Chang Optical Company, Taiwan, and the Global Federation of Chinese Business Women.
