Accounting Horizons (2011) ranked our PhD in accounting #2 in auditing research, #26 in archival research and #30 overall based on research productivity of graduates in the three years immediately following graduation.

In U.S.News & World Report's America’s Best Graduate Schools, the Chapman Graduate School ranked 102nd out of 250 for part-time MBAs. (2012)

U.S.News & World Report's “America's Best Colleges” (2005-2012) ranked our undergraduate international business programs among the 20 best in the nation, three times in the top 10. In 2012, we ranked #16.

In a new U.S.News & World Report ranking of top online graduate business programs, the Chapman Graduate School placed 19th in the Student Engagement and Accreditation category and 69th in Student Services and Technology category.

Our undergraduate business programs have been ranked byBloomberg Businessweek as #7 in the nation in sustainability (2010), in the top 25 in the areas of operations management and marketing (2010), in the top 50 in operations management and marketing (2011), #21 in international business (2011)) and #3 in the country in Return on Investment (2010).

The Chapman Graduate School was rated among the top 15 business schools in two categories—global management and operations—surveyed in The Princeton Review’s second annual “Student Opinion Honors for Business Schools” (2010). The lists, which reflect the evaluations of 19,000 MBA students, appeared in the April 2010 issue of Entrepreneur magazine.

U.S.News & World Report’s has consistently ranked the Chapman Graduate School among the top 25 in the international specialty. In 2011, we placed 24th.

For the sixth time in seven years, Bloomberg Businessweek ranked our undergraduate business program 109th in its “The Best Undergrad B-Schools” survey. (2012)

Bloomberg Businessweek’s (2010) listed the Landon Undergraduate School of Business in its ranking of the best undergraduate business schools (2010).  

Business MBA, a national ranking agency, ranked the college’s Corporate MBA ninth in its “25 Best Value Online MBA Programs” ranking. (2012)

Financial Times listed the college among the 48 top business schools offering an online program: the Corporate MBA. (2012)

Diverse: Issues in Higher Education magazine (2010) ranked FIU as the number one degree producer for Hispanic students in business management, marketing and related support services.

Hispanic Business has consistently placed us among the top business schools for Hispanics. In 2011, we were ranked #10.

In its 2011 ranking of exceptional graduate programs globally and in Latin America, AméricaEconomía, the leading business magazine in Latin America, placed our Chapman Graduate School 27th among U.S. business schools and 48th in the world. In addition, nine of the top ten Latin American business schools are members of FIU’s Dual Degree network. AméricaEconomía has ranked FIU’s full-time International MBA program every year since 2004.

The Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics (2011) ranked FIU 18th in real estate research for the 10-year period ending in 2008.

CNN Expansión (2011), Mexico’s leading business magazine, ranked FIU’s MBA programs #64 in the world and #37 for U.S. programs.

A ranking by Brigham Young University (2010) placed FIU’s School of Accounting #1, leading the world in publishing archival audit research in premier journals for the last 20 years.

The college is listed among the country’s top research business schools in the prestigious “The University of Texas at Dallas (UT Dallas) Top 100 North American Rankings of Business Schools Based on Research Contribution 2006-2010.”

The undergraduate accounting program is among the country’s top 25 for mid-sized accounting schools, based on the size of the faculty, according to more than 1,700 accounting professors surveyed in the Public Accounting Report (2009, 2010).

The college was included in The Princeton Review’s The Best 300 Business Schools: 2011 Edition. We were also listed in the 2010, 2009 and 2008 editions.
