Hotels

Each delegate is responsible for making his or her own hotel reservation. The cost of the hotel room is not included in the registration fee. Any guestroom changes, cancellations, etc., are the delegate’s responsibility and must be made directly with the hotel according to its guidelines in order to avoid financial penalty.

A block of rooms is being held at the different hotels listed below for CLADEA Annual Conference participants. Preferred room rates are specified below.

When making reservations by telephone, please identify yourself as a CLADEA Conference attendee to receive the preferred room rate. If you reserve your hotel room online using a web link below, you will receive the room rate automatically.

Hotels must be contacted no later than Thursday, September 28, 2007 to receive the group discount room rate. Sleeping rooms are based on availability and may sell out prior to the cut-off date. After this date, the CLADEA's room block will be released and all subsequent reservations will be subject to room and rate availability.

The hotel requires that all reservations be guaranteed by a valid major credit card. Cancellations will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to your day of arrival without any financial penalty.

As hosts, we will provide transportation to and from the hotels and the conference and events.
