Recruiting Business Students
Welcome to your resource center for recruiting with the College of Business Administration’s outstanding business students, graduates, and alumni. Our mission is to help you identify, develop, and recruit the next generation of leaders for your organization from one of the top business schools in Florida and in the country.
The Career Management Services office organizes all on-campus interview schedules, job and internship postings, and company information sessions for employers who are recruiting Business students and alumni through our database known as CBA Career Link. If you are looking for predominantly Business students, please register in CBA Career Link as it will allow you to access registered undergraduates (juniors and seniors only), graduate students (MBA’s/MS), and alumni from the College of Business Administration. If you are recruiting FIU students who are not fully admitted into the College of Business, or are interested in students who are not Business majors, please contact FIU Career Services.
Among the reasons why you should recruit with us:
Solid reputation. The College of Business Administration's solid reputation as an institution focused on innovative educational programs that capitalize on its faculty's exceptional expertise in international business, entrepreneurship, and a range of financial services- from accounting to real estate- make our candidates especially valuable in today's global business environment.
Strong educational programs. Our flexible, accelerated, technology-enabled, and market-driven undergraduate and graduate programs prepare leaders and entrepreneurs for success in global businesses in South Florida, the Americas, and beyond.
Diversity. Our uniquely diverse and multicultural student body reflects the demographics of South Florida. Our college's profile offers a view of this diversity. Meet some of our students.
