Welcome to CBA Career Management Services.  We provide a variety of services to you, as a fully admitted College of Business student (BBA, BAcc, MBA, MS) or as a CBA alum, to help you be an active participant in the continuing development, evaluation, and implementation of your personal career plans. We provide you with self-assessment tools, individual student advising, Résumé referral, and on-campus interviews for internships and permanent employment opportunities.

One of our key objectives is to partner with employers recruiting Business students to help fulfill their employment goals, whether for internships or permanent positions and to make the College of Business Administration at FIU their first choice for hiring. Employers interested in recruiting predominantly Business students are asked to register in CBA Career Link, the database for Career Management Services. CBA Career Link also allows employers and fully admitted Business students (juniors, seniors, MBA’s, MS) and Business alumni to connect with each other through recruiting activities such as on-campus interviews, information sessions, and career fairs. Our office works closely with the university's centralized Career Services office to coordinate on-campus interviews, career fairs, and/or other career development related activities.
