Overview
FIU’s Six Sigma Green Belt Certification transforms participants into effective team members in Six Sigma process. Six Sigma Green Belts support and work together with Six Sigma Black Belts (Team Leaders) on improvement projects. The FIU Six Sigma Green Belt Certification will prove that you are able to analyze and solve quality problems, understand the DMAIC process improvement methodology, collect data and understand and apply Lean Six Sigma concepts and techniques.
Highlights
This 30 hour certification will provide the tools and knowledge required to participate effectively in any Six Sigma process improvement team. The Green Belt will be able to:
- Collect accurate data
- Summarize and Analyze process data
- Identify root causes and generate solutions to eliminate them
- Systematically improve processes using data and statistical tools
