FIU’s renowned International Faculty has designed the perfect 65 hour supervisor certificate program for entry level, recently promoted and new managers, in cooperation with Distinguished Industry Experts. This program is designed to help new managers become more effective leaders by acquiring leadership and supervisory skills, concepts and tools, identify and develop areas of opportunity, and develop leadership success factors.
