College Scholarships
Scholarships are designated for qualified students seeking their degree in the College of Business Administration. Scholarship applications will be available to download during application period, beginning January 16, 2012 through April 30, 2012. Specific selection criteria and award amounts vary per scholarship.
AccuBanker Scholarship
This scholarship is available for one student that meets the following criteria:
- Full-time undergraduate student
- Majoring in Business
- Minimum 3.3 GPA
- Florida Resident who has lived in a foreign country at some point
- Community Service
- Must have completed one of the following courses:
GEB 4113, MAN 4151, MAN 4301, MAN 4602, FIN 4345, or MAN 4802.
Accounting General Scholarship
This scholarship is available to a student that meets the following criteria:
- Undergraduate & Graduate students
- Majoring in Accounting
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Recipient will be chosen based solely on merit
Banco Espirito Santo Scholarship Description
The Chapman Scholarship Committee will propose candidates for this scholarship from among admitted students to the International MBA and Master of International Business programs, based on the applicants’ having an outstanding undergraduate GPA, a GMAT score above 600, at least three years of professional work experience, and evidence of future leadership potential.
Preference will be given to candidates of Portuguese nationality, or whose native language is Portuguese, or who come from the Chapman School's partner school in Lisbon, Portugal: ISCTE.

Several scholarships are available to students that meet the following criteria:
- Undergraduate student, Full-time preferred
- Must have completed or be enrolled in one of the following classes:
MAN 4065 (Business Ethics), MAN 4102 (Managing Diversity), MAN 4701 (Business in Society), MAN 4707 (Managing Organizational Reputation) or MAN 4711 (Business-Community Leadership) - Documented community service
- Must demonstrate financial need per FAFSA form
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident
CBA Scholarship (Anonymous)
Several scholarships are available to students that meet the following criteria:
- Undergraduate student
- Enrolled in the Accounting, Finance, or Management Program
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Recipient will be chosen based solely on merit
CBA General Scholarship
Several scholarships are available to students that meet the following criteria:
- Undergraduate and Graduate students
- Enrolled in the Accounting, Finance, or Management Program
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Recipient will be chosen based solely on merit
Crowe Horwath LLP Outstanding Accounting Student Scholarship
This scholarship is available to a student that meets the following criteria:
- Junior entering Senior year in Fall 2012
- Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident or currently authorized to work in the US on a permanent, unlimited basis
- Must be majoring in Accounting
- Minimum GPA of 3.3
- Must exhibit leadership skills
Crystal Advisors Scholarship
This scholarship is available to a student that meets the following criteria:
- Undergraduate (Senior level) and Graduate Students
- Minimum 3.3 GPA
- Must demonstrate financial need per FAFSA form
- Resident of South Florida
Deloitte Scholarship
Several scholarships are available to students that meets the following criteria:
Undergraduate student in Accounting
- African American
- Must demonstrate financial need per FAFSA form
- Superior academic performance and/or potential
Frank R. MacNeill Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is available to a student that meets the following criteria:
- Undergraduate and Graduate students in Insurance/Marketing program
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Financially needy per FAFSA form
- US Citizen
Hersker Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is available to a student that meets the following criteria:
- Undergraduate and Graduate students in Marketing program
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
Irving Grace Fantle Scholarship
This scholarship is available to a student that meets the following criteria:
- Undergraduate students in Accounting program
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Financially needy per FAFSA form
Randy Green Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is available to a student that meets the following criteria:
- Graduate students in Accounting program
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Actively seeking CPA certification
- Priority to South Florida resident
- Must attend a chapter meeting
Richard M. Hodgetts Memorial Scholarship
This scholarship is available to a student that meets the following criteria:
- Undergraduate and Graduate students in Management program
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
State Farm Mutual Auto Insurance Scholarship
This scholarship is available to a student that meets the following criteria:
- Undergraduate student majoring in Accounting
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Must be a US Citizen
- Recipient will be selected solely on merit
Sydney Roslow Scholarship
This scholarship is available to a student that meets the following criteria:
- Undergraduate and Graduate students in Business and Marketing program
- Must attend or have attended classes on the BBC campus
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
The International Business Honors Society Scholarship
The International Business Honors Society will award one $1,000 scholarship to an IBHS student member in 2011. Undergraduate applicants must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5 on a 4.0-point scale and must be admitted to the College of Business.
Graduate student applicants must be enrolled in a Chapman business degree program and clearly pursuing an emphasis area in business or a business related program (MBA or MIB among others), and completed at least six hours of graduate course work with at least 3.5 GPA on a 4.0-point scale.
Application forms are now available and the deadline is April 4, 2011 at 4:30pm.
